Free Ground Shipping on orders over $100 is only available for orders shipping within the continental United States.
Order Placement Guideline
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once an order has been submitted changes to ship to address cannot be accommodated. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note we do not make price adjustments on items previously purchased at full price. If an item is purchased on sale and the price drops during the sale time we are unable to offer a price adjustment.
To request a return, email clientservices@psbsc.om with your order number and reason for return. You will be contacted by customer service via email within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. We are a small, hand-crafted company and we will be happy to help resolve and problems with a purchase.

- If you return an item, please put your order number on the outside label.
- In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to us and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of the return approval for a full refund. Any return received after the 7-day period will be returned to sender.
- Returns can take up to 7 days after delivery for us to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

Priority Mail – 1-2 Days - $15
Next Day Shipping is $50
Domestic Shipping Guidelines
All orders are shipped via USPS Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday – Friday after 12 PM Eastern Time will be processed following business day.
Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business day and can take longer if we are out of stock.
Once processed you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.
Please note orders are not shipped with signature required.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, however we will do our best to resolve the error.
We are not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks or money orders. When paying by check or money order – your item will not ship until the money has cleared our bank account. This may delay the receipt of your item, but we want to make this option available.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
International Shipping
At this time we only ship to all states within the United States of America. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping.
